The Bond Rd vineyard, on the central Gisborne plains, shares a boundary with Nick Nobilo’s illustrious Vinoptima estate. The block is all planted in Clone 15.
Viticulture
The vines are grown with four cane VSP (vertical shoot positioning) on a warm, sheltered block.
Wine
Long slow fermentation, with extended time on the yeast lees, has given this wine a lovely, full, round taste of white peaches and nectarines with a beautiful creamy finish.
Packaging
Because we refuse to comprise on quality this wine is sealed with a screw cap.
