Mystery Creek Wines was founded on Chardonnay. It was the first grape we planted 15 years ago and it won our first medal, gold at the 2001 Liquorland Top 100.
The free-draining Waikato soils coupled with north-facing slopes means the Mendoza and Clone 6 vines flourish and produce grapes which we hand tend and harvest and turn into great wine.
