The grapes for this wine were hand tended and hand harvested.
Winemaking
Matured and fermented in seasoned American oak, this exhibits a strong spicey, white peppery character. It is a lovely, deep crimson, rich, ripe wine with red berryfruit and integrated, fine tannins. A wonderful wine food, especially with pizza and pastas.
Packaging
Sealed under a screw cap to retain the quality and freshness.
