Mystery Creek 2006 Pinot Noir

Matured and fermented in French and American oak, this Pinot exhibits a strong savoury and spicy nose with an elegant front palate. The taste is ripe cherries and raspberries with an underlying savouriness while the well-integrated tannins balance the wine out. A wonderful food wine, especially with game (especially duck) and tomato based pizza.
