Tasting Notes

The grapes for this wine were grown on the home block, hand picked in perfect condition. Partial barrel fermentation has softened the palate but has still allowed the ripe tropical fruit flavours to show through. You are fortunate to be trying this wine, as it is the only Waikato Sauvignon Blanc produced.
