Tasting Notes

All grapes for this wine were hand picked and sorted with meticulous care. The wine has had minimal processing through its stages of fermentation to allow it to give true expression of the land which it came from. This wine shows red ripe berry fruit flavours with a cigarbox nose. beautifully structured tannins from a great use of oak.
