TASTING NOTES

The grapes for this award winning wine were grown at Te Marama Estate in the Waikato, on a steep north-facing volcanic outcrop. After careful hand harvesting and cool fermentation this wine was aged in Oak for 10months. This deep crimson, rich, ripe wine has red berry fruit and white pepper notes. The integrated fine tannins will become more complex with age.
