TASTING NOTES

The grapes for this wine were hand picked in perfect condition from the single vineyard on our home block in the Waikato, and barrel fermented in French oak. Only the best of our predominantly new barrles were used to make this elegant wine, which shows perfect balance between fruit and oak.
